Now onboarding mid-market engineering teams

Your engineers, multiplied.
At 10–30% of the cost.

Your AI Employee gives mid-market engineering teams a fully managed AI workforce — with a named human lead engineer on every account — that ships production code from your backlog starting in 7 days.

Trusted by mid-market engineering teams

Sound familiar?

Your backlog grows.
Your headcount doesn't.

Mid-market engineering teams are caught in an impossible position: product wants 3x velocity, the senior engineer market is broken (65 qualified applicants per 100 openings), and the board wants an AI strategy by next quarter.

Your seniors already use Cursor and Copilot. They're still spending 30–40% of their time on CRUD, internal tooling, and bug triage that doesn't need their expertise.

1.2M engineer shortfall by end of 2026

Hiring timelines stretching to 8–12 weeks. Senior salaries up 4–9% annually. Mid-market can't match FAANG comp.

30–40% of senior time is undifferentiated work

CRUD endpoints, bug triage, internal tooling, migration scripts. Your best engineers doing $50/hr work.

Board wants "AI strategy" by next quarter

70% of engineers already use 2–4 AI tools. Adding another requires defensible ROI. You're out of time for experiments.

How it works

From backlog to shipped in 7 days.

Your AI Employee is a managed service, not a tool. We onboard, configure, and run your AI engineering team — you just review the PRs.

1

We onboard to your codebase

Kickoff call with your named lead engineer. We connect to your repo, ticket system, and deployment pipeline. Typical setup: 2–3 hours.

2

AI Employees start shipping

Your AI developers pull tickets from your backlog, write code, pass tests, and open PRs for human review. First PR within 72 hours — guaranteed.

3

You review, we iterate

Your engineers review PRs as they would any team member's. Weekly standup with your lead engineer. Monthly ROI report with tickets shipped, time saved, and capacity freed.

FAQ

Questions we always hear.

How is this different from giving my team Cursor or Copilot?
Cursor and Copilot are tools your engineers use — they still have to write the code, understand the context, and manage the output. Your AI Employee is a managed service that ships completed work. Your engineers review PRs; they don't write prompts. The difference is ownership of the outcome.
Will my senior engineers resist this?
We bring your senior engineers into the onboarding process — not around them. Your AI Employees handle undifferentiated work (CRUD, bug triage, migrations) so your seniors can focus on architecture and high-leverage features. In practice, engineers request more AI Employee capacity once they see the quality. We never use "replacement" framing — these are AI teammates, not substitutes.
What's your approach to code quality and hallucinations?
Human-in-loop review is on by default for all plans — no AI Employee merges a PR without a human sign-off. Your named lead engineer is accountable for everything that ships. For the first 30 days of every engagement, we require mandatory human review on every PR. We also run automated test suites and static analysis before opening any PR.
What happens to my code and IP?
Your code is never used to train any foundation model — ours or anyone else's. We sign a DPA on request. Encrypted at rest and in transit. Least-privilege access (read-only on repos unless writing a PR). All access is audit-logged and can be revoked immediately.
How quickly will I see ROI?
First PR within 72 hours. Measurable ROI by Day 30 — or we extend your pilot at no charge. At the Day 30 mark, we deliver a written report: tickets shipped, estimated senior engineer hours freed, and time-to-merge improvement. The payback period on the Team Plus plan for a 15-engineer team is typically under 4 weeks.
Does this work with our stack / legacy code?
Yes. We specialize in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, C#/.NET, and PHP. Legacy modernization is one of our strongest use cases — .NET, COBOL to modern stacks, SAP customizations. Your lead engineer will assess codebase compatibility on the demo call. If we can't confidently deliver value, we'll tell you before you sign.
